Imunisasi adalah tindakan pencegahan agar anak terhindar dari penyakit. Pemberian imunisasi bagi anak usia sekolah dasar perlu dilakukan karena dapat terjadi penurunan tingkat kekebalan tubuh. Puskesmas Krian melaksanakan bulan imunisasi anak sekolah di SD Antawirya Islamic Javanese School. Hari ini Senin, 29 November 2021 para santri SD Antawirya Islamic Javanese School mengikuti program imunisasi yang dilakukan oleh santri kelas 1, 2, dan 5. Untuk memperlancar kegiatan bulan imunisasi anak sekolah, tim kesehatan melibatkan dewan guru untuk ikut membantu pelaksanaan bulan imunisasi anak sekolah. Meskipun ada beberapa murid yang menangis, adapun santri yang hebat berani untuk disuntik. Namun berkat kerjasama tim kesehatan dan guru yang mendampingi semua santri dapat melakukan imunisasi dengan lancar.Program bulan imunisasi anak sekolah dapat memberikan perlindungan kepada santri pada usia sekolah dasar terhadap penyakit campak.
