Asesmen Sumatif Tengah Semester Ganjil (STS) akan dilaksanakan pada pekan ke 3 di bulan September. Namun, persiapan asesmen sudah berjalan sejak akhir bulan Agustus kemarin. Seluruh guru mulai sibuk membuat kisi – kisi dan soal sesuai pembagian tugas di sela – sela kesibukan mengajarnya. Proses pembuatan soal menjadi fokus penting bagi sekolah, khususnya wakil kepala sekolah bidang kurikulum. Adapun tahapan dalam pembuatan soal asesmen tengah semester di SD Antawirya antara lain; guru yang membuat soal membuat kisi – kisi dan soal sesuai kriteria yang telah ditentukan oleh panitia. Kemudian, kisi – kisi dan soal yang sudah selesai harus dikonsultasikan kepada staff khusus kurikulum untuk diperiksa secara kebahasaan. Setelah itu, soal akan direvisi sesuai masukan yang sudah diterima. Setelah proses revisi, soal akan diperiksa kembali oleh wakil kepala sekolah bidang kurikulum. Poin penting yang akan diperiksa di tahap akhir ini adalah konten dan keilmuan yang tertulis pada soal. Tujuan dari proses konsultasi dan revisi ini agar soal asesmen yang telah dibuat oleh guru – guru tidak mengalami kerancuan dan sesuai dengan materi yang disampaikan di kelas.
Tidak berhenti di situ, proses selanjutnya yaitu editing soal yang dilakukan oleh tim editor. Proses yang cukup panjang tersebut dilalui oleh para guru dengan penuh semangat dan dedikasi tinggi. Asesmen sumatif ini bukan hanya ujian untuk santri, melainkan juga untuk para guru. Santri dan guru berproses bersama untuk menciptakan lingkungan belajar yang kondusif menyambut Asesmen Sumatif Tengah Semester Ganjil, dengan harapan agar kegiatan asesmen pada tanggal 18 September 2023 mendatang dapat berjalan dengan baik dan lancar.
